Phil Hauswald (Former Thoroughbred Trainer)

Phil Hauswald is a former trainer who has won some of the biggest races in the sport including the 1986 Bluegrass Stakes with Bachelor Beau and the 1987 Breeder's Cup Juvenile Fillies with Epitome.  In 1987 he brought Arkansas Derby champion Demons Begone to the Kentucky Derby as the favorite.  He comes from a family deeply intertwined with thoroughbred racing.  His experiences and perspective make him a perfect guest heading into the 149th Kentucky Derby.Support the showWe appreciate you listening to the Tinman Podcast! Norm Casse (Thoroughbred Trainer)

Scott Davenport (Head Men’s Basketball Coach - Bellarmine University)

John Mullendore (Head Golf Pro - Indian Hills Country Club)
