Spencer Thomson (Moon Taxi)

Spencer Thomson is a guitarist and producer for the alt-rock band Moon Taxi. We come from the same hometown of Bowling Green, KY, and it's been fun to follow his progression as a musician.  Moon Taxi happens to be coming to my current city of Louisville, KY on October 14, so this seemed like a perfect time to re-connect.  Spencer was gracious enough to give us a few minutes for this episode during a brief break from the road.  We discuss his beginnings as a musician, a brief history of the band, touring, and more.  Spencer also has released a solo album, Sonic Dribbles, and has produced, remixed and played guitar for various other musical artists.
