Emina Ekic (Racing Louisville)

Emina Ekic was the fifth overall pick in the 2021 NWSL Draft, chosen by Racing Louisville in their inaugural season.   She is a Louisville native that stayed home to play out her college career with the Louisville Cardinals, earning 2020 ACC Offensive Player of the Year along the way.   She is finishing up rehab after an injury while playing in Australia, and is about to rejoin the active roster at Racing.  Emina shares about her soccer journey, perseverance through injury, and a couple of pieces of exciting news.
